A contact form which had been working for four years doesn't work anymore in the sense that it no longer will generate an email. The form appears to otherwise operate properly and I get the 'thank you' and 'error' pages just fine; I just don't receive an email, which I always did in the past. I've tried rebuilding the form, to no avail. I have deleted the page in FTP prior to publishing the new/edited page...countless times...still no email.

After many, many hours watching and re-watching the video, reading and rereading the forum, trying and retrying to remedy this issue, I'm at the point of asking for help. Any assistance will be much appreciated. Thanks.
