Adding Date info with Calendar options on form

I have created a page that shows a calendar I imported from Google calendars. I want to add a form where a guest can request a certain date range to rent the vacation cabin I am renting. I want to create a page similar to my "Contact Us" page that includes an input for a From: (date) and a To: (date) that allows them to click a calendar icon to select the dates from. Many sites like Air B&B and Home Away use this type of selection and would like to do the same. Is this possible?

This is not possible with BlueVoda itself, you would need to write a script using PHP or JavaScript in order to do something like this or find a third party system that meets your requirements.
