How do I change the order items are displayed on a form?

I need to rearrange some items on a form. How do I tell the form to jump from field a to field b?

This is done in the order you insert the fields into the form. So if you have four items a, b, c and d and insert them in the following order b, c, a and d the form fields will tab b, c, a then d regardless of how they appear on the form.
