Can i convert form info into something more user freindly.

Can you help? I would like to convert the information that I receive on the forms that I have on site to something more usable. I receive the information into a folder I have set up on my site & it comes in a format like bellow. Could this be converted into? XL. Or is there any software that would store my forms information in a more friendly way to use at a later date. A bit like an address book with extra fields.

Some people use php combined with a database that will store above type of info...You already have database available in your Cpanel Fantastico......
