Help,I want to create a text that link to a form on webpage

I have a problem .
I am making a website about cooking and baking.
I made a webpage about becoming a member,but I don't know hot to insert a text that link to another of my webpages so they can become a member.
For example:
Webpage-becoming a member.

text-register to become a member.
Here you can register to become a member of my website
Click here
I need the click here text to link with the page that the new member has to fill in info.

I'm new with making websites ,I never done it before.
I hope someone can help me.So I can have my own website.

Just select the text (click here) and then, above, a green ball with a chain will appear on the menu bar. click that then enter the url of the page you want to go to..
