Question about my new form

I hope someone can help, ive set up my form and tested so i know it works. but i got two empty forms this morning, it didnt even have empty fields it just had nothing on it.
any ideas?

Hi joely14,
Just sent you an email from your site...
You may want to check the text on the left of your form as the entry space
cannot be used......Posible text overlapping entry fields...
Right hand side fields are ok..

thanks for the email, its kinda strange cos i got that one its jus on the other email i had all it said was

and nothing else not even the fields with no answers any ideas maybe it was a one off ?

yes that was me, I just hit the submit btn to test your form with the righthand side.....
