Integrating form created using Form Maker into web site

I have created a email form using Form Maker. I have also put a link from my site to this html file that has been generated by Form Maker. However, it does not have the background colour, logo and other links of my site.

Do I amend the html file created by Form Maker to include all the look and feel of my site or can I cut and paste from this html file into a page I created using Blue Voda?

I opened the web page I wanted to insert it on in BV then I clicked the ADD HTML button along the side, double click that then click the import button on the left side. Import the page you downloaded into your template making sure to save the page with the same name as the imported page. Then publish and presto. Well it worked for me. You can even preview the pages before publishing them so you can adjust the look and positioning.
