How to have "Text used as Link" light up when mouse over?

Hi... When setting up a link using text .. How does one go about getting the text.. "Learn More"... light up when mouse is over it??? Thanks Doug

Highlight the text. Click on the link icon. provide the URL. The, at the bottom of the dialog box, there is "Styles". Click, then "add style", customize the appearance of the style, and close. Select Style 1 (or 2 etc) and that's it.
