Some Hyper-help Please.

Hi there,

I could use some help, i have created a webpage with a Navigation bar. Looks wonderful but i don't know how to create a new page so that when i click on 'Products' i go to the products page and begin work on that page. I would also like to make an email form for clients but i need a new page to put it on first.

I would just like to say how wonderful your site is and the team behind the forum who keep everything ticking over. All i need now is some step-by-step instructions (being a girl..ha..ha) and i will be ever so greatful.
