creating a text email address link

I would like to know how to get my email address to link directly to the site when you type it into text. For example. "Please go to www:domainname.com" and have it turn blue and underlined as a direct link when clicked upon. And What is this action called?

Hello,

If you are using BlueVoda website builder, highlight the text and look for the hyperlink icon at the top and type in the link you want it to e-mail at.

Make sure if it's an e-mail it does not say http:// but mailto:
