Pages are reversed

I recently made changes to my website and gave it a make over. I have navagation bars at the top to go to my pages. My home page is causing me a problem. When I click on a button it pulls up the wrong page and vise versa when I pull up the other page. I have checked the hyperlinks for the navagation button and they are correct. I have cleared my cashe. All of my other pages work perfectly. Can anyone help me out of this?
