problem with IP and and URL

Hello, i am having problems with the IP, they send me a mail with an IP but when i try to publish a page they give me a list of choices and none of them are alike to the one they gave. What can I do??
and also i dont how to a page put like www.my-site.com/contact.html, how can i do that?? to my page do that.

Download a new version of BV, you'll see the IP listed then.
