Menu bar dropdowns in preview

Actually, the menu bar itself isnt displaying in preview mode. It just
disappears.
Im having issues with the menu bar tool. I make all my links and sub
links i want under them. When i go to preview mode, the entire line
of links does not display.
For example:

Home Divisions Member Services Contact

That is my menu bar. It will not show up in preview mode.
Also, when i do get it to show up, how do i get the dropdown menu
to display in its own box.

Maybe a problem with the browser? What browser are you using? I sometimes find that FireFox doesnt display the previews properly.
