Getting webpages online

Hello,
I have recently built a website at www.eztravler.com. There are 49 pages on the website and only ten of them are visible on the internet. I have done everything that I possibly can. I have changed all of the URLs in the menu several times and I don't know what else to do. My customer ID is 20303. If you could help that would be fantastic,

Don't know what you mean - I see many more pages then 10. Have you sorted it out then?
