    looking good in multiple browsers

I have created my site, letsgetglobal.com, through Blue Voda and have had a great experience thus far. I am really at a wall with one issue though and that is having my webiste viewed through Mozilla. I use Internet Explorer, as I think most people do, but the handful of people that use Mozilla (or something else) see my site as an overlapping wreck. I'm stressed out because I have played with, moved everything, shifted text and opt-in boxes, you name it.....and I can not make a match. When it looks great in one - it looks horrible in the other.....HELP! Thank you.

Would need to be able to look at the site to give suggestions. I build looking in both all the way along - to make it look the best possible in both.
