Problem with text menu hyperlinks to link pdf docs

I have just pulbished an add on domain and I have some pdf file that I want visitors to click on for application or calendars etc but I have named them under the text menu link "application form" "calendar" etc and linked it to the pdf file but it doesn't open I checked on the FTP that the docs were uploaded and they are so what do you think is the problem?

Can you give us a link to the site this is occuring on? Alot of times you have to DOWNLOAD the pdf to see it, its not like its a webpage.

Sorry karen,
Domain I gave you is correct, but the problem is on the 'playgroup' page and the 'calendar' page and the 'registration' page

Yes, I had to get a support ticket and finally sorted the problem last night. They are working fine now.
