Linking Pages Together

Is it possible to link pages without a website ? I don't have a website yet, so I'm wondering is there a way to do it locally on my PC ?

second question, do you have to publish your site with bluevoda or can it be published elsewhere ??

1. No. Locally "hosting" a website is not publishing it, as it will only be visible for private viewing, for it is not "on the web" because it does not have an assigned URL/IP address. No one but you will be able to access it.

2. Blue Voda, although distributed Free, is a VodaHost proprietary web building technology, and publishing a web page or web site created using Blue Voda can only be done by connecting to specified VodaHost servers -- which requires a VodaHost account.
