building web site

My Daughter wants to build a web site but can not see how to do it here.
She wants to do a site with multiple catagouries and about 80 icons to each catagory with links back and forward to different catagories. when a catagory is clicked on it must enlarge to give a bigger picture.
Can this be done I do not see any tutorial on this.

When you say categories must enlarge do you mean an image or a seperate page for each icon? Either way yes it can be done easily. Have her start watching the videos and she will get the basics, then start playing around with all the different elements. She can add them, try them out to see what all they do and delete them if she wants. There is no limit to the number of times you can change your mind or your page.
