    404 error

    Hi,

Have read posts to try and resolve this. On my website, the homepage is up and running but when I click on menubar , 2 pages are coming up 404 error, not found.

I have checked that all the naming matches, no capitals, no spaces, no underscrores etc they end in .html

And have used verify links option but they are still not working.

Would someone mind going to the website homepage and checking this please?

    Thank you

For anyone reading this, I am very proud to say I fixed the problem myself, so don't bother checking it for me now. Thanks:)

Christi - I am having the same problem - One of my pages comes up with the 404 eror message whilst the others open ok. I have checked everything that you checked in your first post. How did you fix it??

                  Re: 404 error

To solve this problem is simple..........

check the spelling of both the link and the page name
                  (no capitals, no spaces)

Then using ftp or file manager
check that the page you have published is actually in the folder that you published it to.

If it is a form created by the form wizard, it will have been saved as .php

Well that will do for a start................please add any others.
                  Have fun
                  Regards..... David

                    Re: 404 error

Really new at this and am having the same problem with the 404 error. I read through all the posts and I need clarification. Changing the file name so that the page can be found sounds to me like you go back into the original saved file with the .bvp extension and save it to .html. Is this correct? Thanks in advance.

                      Re: 404 error

No.. do not save it as html. This will cause MORE issues. BV automatically converts it when you publish.. rather the server does. Make sure its being published to the correct folder, make sure of the spelling. Dont put spaces and weird characters in your page names.
