Link to "scrolled position" on same page

I'm not sure i know an easy way to explain what i am asking here so please bear with me... I looked for a site that has an example but found none.

Hopefully its pretty easy

What i want to do is have topics within a subject listed in a Q & A style all on one page.

From various other locations on my site, i want to link to the relevant topic listed on this page.

For instance, I have a link called "Job Relocation" on another location of my site.
The "Job Relocation" topic is near the bottom of the page it links to.

How can i make it so the "Job Relocation" link automatically scrolls to the position of the "Job Relocation" topic at the bottom of the page?

I hope this makes sense!

You can use the "Bookmark" facility...............(menu - insert - bookmark)

The subject line of this thread is wrong.

I want to link from one page to a bookmark on another page.
can this be done?

I've set the bookmark up, but when i set up the link to it, the properties box won't allow me to select a bookmark...
