How do you name your pages with URLS?

I want to connect my pages through hyperlinking, which I already have done.

But I need to connect it through the URL so how do I make a blank page have a URL?

No.. thats the page title. Youd name it for instance People on Google ...use your keywords etc. You wouldnt use .html or whatever there

To clarify this further.. the only time you use an exension is in you navigation to link the pages together. You dont add the .html when saving or editing the page titles.. you only use the path when LINKING to the published pages.. so your linke to your people page would be www.google.com/people.html
