Menu Tabs not working on published pages

I have checked and double checked, watch the tutorial videos several times, I have published my index page and one of the other pages just to see if I was linking the menu tab correctly. I verified the links and they are verified. I have to right click and say open for them to work, can you help me please? I'm ready to give up. thanks. www.creativewaterscapes.biz. well the link you posted here is there.. but in the builder you linked it to

photo_gallery.html

You left out the commercial..and also your current link has 3 L's in it.

You didnt publish the photo_gallery page as you linked it.

Your link verification wont work until its published correctly.

That water is very annoying by the way.. you need a SHUT OFF button

What should I link it to? I show it's linked to the photo_gallery_commercial in the builder? Do I also need to publish the photo_gallery page?
