Want to open another window?

Ok I have the fixed menu bar and I have the titles in the bars. And I have it when who ever clicks on them, it opens up another window. How do I get into that window/link/page to add more suff, like a new page?

Ok I've figured out how to name the url so when I click on the first bar in the fixed menu buttom, it opens up the right window. But now I've already named it. the first button example; http://www.mywebiste.com/index.html
when it should of read example: http://www.mywebsite.com/DirectOrIndirectflow.html
How do I change the first pop up page URL Target That I've already made?

Wow! such a long file name.

You are going to have problems later on when your site gets bigger and bigger.

Try to use short folder or file names wherever possible.
