Please help, I'm stuck. How do you link a page to a new page?

Save the page as whatever you like, and link to it like this: http://yoursite.com/new_page.html. The names are relative, of course, and are dependent on how you've saved your pages. Just keep in mind that if you save a page with more than one word, when hyperlinking you'll need to use an underscore to make it work: pages_linked_this_way.html.
