    file location

    I have deleted the file ReportFormTricks.zip from the folders of my website www.thenelson.name yet when I click on "Report Form Tricks" ReportFormTricks.zip still downloads! Where is it coming from???

    I dont see any downloads in Report Form Tricks?

    Maybe you should try emptying all your PC and Browser Caches and history.
