widening hyperlink text between words

I have all my links for my new second website in place but I can't fiqure out how to space them farther apart. I have both vertical and horizontal links and when I edit the styles there is no way to space them there. I'm sure I'm just overlooking something, but I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

Hi,

What kind of links are you using? If you are using the Menu Bar, then insert another split or two between the menu options.

I don't understand what you mean. I went down to the bottom left corner and clicked on the blue box which opened up several buttons, then clicked on the insert text menu box. Where do you find these splits?

I've got it. I add spaces to the delimiter box. Except that works hrizontally but not vertically. Any ideas for vertical or do I just have to do each link seperately.
