Menu Bar - can do drop down?

Can anyone do drop down here for Menu Bar?

Now, its Sub Items can only go the side >, they can't be read
,if there are something (image, text) beside them.

I don't want to use GO Menu because got to it one by one.

Yes. But I want my Menu Bar set in Vertical, yours is horizontal.

You just choose horizontal, rather than vertical on the "layout" box.
