Linking from main menu to header text within a page

Hi there
A question: - Am I able to link from higher up in one page to a specific area (header) further down the same page of my website?


Eg My website is http://www.AloeVeraVitality.com - go to My Testimonial page and I have highlighted some products within my testimonial that I would like to allow my visitor to link to if they are interested in that product, but they are on the same page a little further down. I can't see a tutorial, or a thread on this?
