Help! I am a novice...

Hi everyone,
I want to build a website where if someone clicks on a link on my page, it does not take them to a different page or a new window. I want it so it stays on my webpage like in a box or some other type of shape. How can I do this?

Have a look at using in-line frames in the BV tutorials.
Not the best way for the SE's though.
