Main or Tier 1 Navigation Question

Thanks to all who respond.

I have over 50 pages: www.hivedoes.com in my site.

I am continually changing my Main or Tier 1 Navigation links on top of the page.

Everytime I change the Main or Tier 1 Navigation, it takes a longtime to do it to each page. How can I change them all at once?
