Hyperlinking within a page

Hi, can anyone help me with hyperlinking within a page.
I have no problem linking pages but what I want to do on a specific page is use a text menu at the top with a number of choices which link to specific paragraphs of text within that page - a quicker way to navigate that having to scroll down to the relevant paragraph.
Can't seem to find how to do it - thanks.

Insert a Bookmark at the top of each paragraph that you want to link to
Then in your meny create links to the bookmarks you have added.
