Hyperlink not working

I have created a web page that remains on my computer for my favorite places. Hyperlinks for the internet work but for local files they do not open. I.E. a link to an excel file on the H drive appears as file:///C:/Users/rhick_000/AppData/L...ew/Budget.xlsx in properties for that link Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? Thank you. Randy

HI, you would need to upload the file to the server and create a link to it like the below in order for it to work:

https://www.yourdomain.com/Budget.xlsx
