Any tutorials on.......

.......I'm trying to create a page where it will display the page without refreshing on the same or open a new window. The nav bar and template will stay when I clicked on any buttons on the nav bar. Here's an example,

I hope there's a tutorial on this if not please advise.

I've seen navaldesign's post before posting this thread. If BV can't do it like the example in my post, I may just have to adopt navaldesign's method.
