Stopping NAV Bar ALT text

Does anyone know how to stop the NAvigation bar showing the URL in ALT text everytime you go to click on it?

Ie, when I go to my FAQ nav bar the full URL comes up in ALT text

If you want an alternate text, with a short description of where this button leads to, enter it in the ALT text field. Or, Just enter, for each button, a blank space in the ALT text field.
