Menu and inline frame

I've been trying to achieve this for days, so I am now finally going to ask for advice (I've looked at the tutorials, but I have not come across the solution to my problem):

I have created a menu bar, and an infline frame-field. I want to make the various buttons in the menu lead to certain pages appear in the inline frame. How do I achieve this?

Name your inline frame, f.e. "photoframe". When defining the links, fill in the "Target" the name of the frame
