Simple, yet impossible

Hi, I registered about 3 days ago, and I cannot publish my website. It says

the request to log onto the ftp server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect.

I know however it is correct because it works to get into the control panel etc.

I don't know what to do.

Make sure you're pubishing to the correct IP address. It can be found in the same email where you received your username and password.

If your IP Server number does not appear, download BV again. This should solve your problem.
