Publishing question

Hi everyone,

I am a blue voda rookie, I can not seem to publish my website, even with the supplied username and password from the help ticket I submitted.

has anyone else had this problem,or is it just me

If you have been given a username and password from support then as long as you are using the right server number in the publish dropdown box, it should work.
Go back to support and explain the steps that you have taken in as much detail as you can....................

My domain name is kenyasecondaryschools.com.I published somepages yesterday and it worked fine.Using the same username and password is however returning a 'server reset message.Could someone from VH please take a look and promptly reply.
