I am having difficulty publishing my pages. After hitting publish, it takes FOREVER to get it to upload. Usually half way through the program times out...What is going on??! Please help!

From time to time, I have the same problems. (I only have WiFi)
With me, I know that its the fault of my IP provider, but there other reasons why this could be happening.
Time of connection.....too much traffic......router problems.......etc.
