Help!

I'm new to this, as you can very well see, but I enjoy computers. I have made a page using Blue Voda.... but I don't know how to publish it!! I also have navigation keys- how do I make pages for those? I need to, but can't figure it out!

How do I create my url?

How can I create a contact us page?

Can I create a poll?

Once you have created your page go to file/publish and publish it (or use the icon), you must enter username and password in the box and away you go.
Do the same with the keys of pages you want to link to.
The url is as follows:

http://yoursite/pagename.html

pagname being the name you gave the page prior to publishing
