A few Publishing Issues

I have recenlty changed from Dail-up to Broadband, But I cant publish my website or use FTP with my broadband connection but when I use my dail-up I can publish and use FTP.
My modem firewall is turned off and my antivirus is also but still cant publish.
If I do try to publish it comes up as a blank screen on IE.
Do I have to change something on BV about my new connnection or chande my IP address or something.
I can still login into my CP.

No, BV and VH have nothing to do with your connection. You need to check your firewall permissions (both Windows firewall, if it is enabled, and Norton or whatever other firewall you are using). And i don't understand what you mean by " If I do try to publish it comes up as a blank screen on IE. "

Do you get a "Succesfully Uploaded" message by BV ?
