I need help.
Also after im complete with the webpage how do i publish it

where people can upload their videos but i also want to know how to add my logo on the video the way youtube does

I'm afraid that you cannot have a You Tube style site. This requires a dedicated server.

You Tube is over 1,000 clustered servers and uses over $1,000,000 worth of bandwidth a month. You can not do this on a $7.95 VodaHost account.
