Publishing question

Hello , I am in trouble , The problem i have is that i have made a form but when i click the publish button it says "First save the page" . Well i save the page again . Then again when i try to publish it shows the same error ..

Is there somethhing i am missing ... !

Please help !

Oddly enough same thing just happened to me until I did a 'save as' save. Then it worked.
clicking the save icon is not enough, as it turns out.
