    Error 12014

    Hi, I'm new here and this is my first post so I'm quite nervous.
    I was wondering if anyone could help me...when I go to publish a page I get 'error 12014 - password invalid' I know I am using the correct password from my welcome email. I have typed and re-typed it just to make sure so I'm not sure why I am getting this error. Could anyone help me out please?

    Hi, have you checked that you have the service IP set to the right sever; it’s the one above where you are putting your name & PW. Check your welcome email to look for the ip number & set this to match. Then try to re-publish.

      here are some previous posts in this Form;

      1) A 12014 error is a password error. Be sure that
      you are using the cPanel username and password
      to publish your page. Also, be sure that you are
      publishing to the correct IP address. Both of these
      details were sent to you in an email when we
      created your account.

      2) If you have misplaced your welcome letter with
      your username and password, please click the below
      to submit a support ticket and we will resend it.

      3) Your forum username and password will not
      work for publishing.
