FTP access

Hello.

My link: ftp://ftp.my-knowledge.net/ doesn't work.


FTP details are still not working im afraid:
[R] 220-You are user number 3 of 50 allowed.
[R] 220-Local time is now 12:12. Server port: 21.
[R] 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
[R] 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.
[R] USER kaktusik19
[R] 331 User kaktusik19 OK. Password required
[R] PASS (hidden)
[R] 530 Login authentication failed
[R] Connection failed

Please help me.

Your ftp connection is working ok otherwise you would not have received
those messages.
Check that you are connecting to the right server number
and are using the correct password in the dropdown box..............

Hi, may be worth a quick check that you haven’t been moved to another & better server. There have been some big updates with Vodahost.
Your ip is IP: 75.126.10.7, & this is one of the new ones. Have a look in the dropdown box (server IP) to see if you have it listed (. If not you will need to re-download BV to get this new IP listed in this box. You wont loose anything doing this.

Please submit a customer support ticket with the below data....

1)Your master domain name?
2)Your full name?
3)Your cPanel username?
4)your cPanel password?
5)What IP address are you trying to ftp to?
