Naming Website - Suggestions Please

I am trying to design a website to cover the rental and sales of properties in Southern Spain. I own two domain names www.sotograndrepropertyrentals.com and www.sotograndepropertysales.com. I know that it is best to try and keep website names short and zappy, but does anyone have any suggestions with the two domain names that I have. I want to be able to combine both Sales and Rentals together on one page. Also I am struggling with design, I think I have 20 aborted tried pages in my computer, not getting very far at the moment, seem to have managed to get myself bogged down in it all and I really want to be able to get this up and running and listed as soon as possible. I have a few issues and would love it if someone could take me under their wings to start with and get me off the ground before I lose all the energy to try it. By the way if anyone is interested it is a gorgeous sunny day in Spain, 20 degrees not bad for February.

When they talk about short and snappy names, they are talking about the url, not necessarily your name. If your name is Soto Grand Property (rental or sales) then I would leave that your name. As that's what will need to be branded - AND the closer your name is to your url, the easier to remember.

I don't have a problem with it at all.
