Im Having a problem i'm trying to make changes to my page it up loads but the changes are not made. I have try the f-5 but no luck please help

There has been some server changes in the past little bit. Perhaps these changes have affected you ... Have a look and see if you are affected ...

That could be the problem but I dont see the ip addresses in my drop down box do I need to do an updated to my bluboda
