Naming pages

When naming a page do I have to write .bvp after the name, for example "index.bvp", or will just writing "index" suffice?

Hi, jut index in lower case & nothing else. BV will take care of any extensions that go on the end.
If you have two words to link. Name your page like this IE: contact_us
all in lower case
