Blue FTP 530

I have tried to login to Blue FTP with my username and passowrd but it keeps coming back with a "530 Login authetication failure". I checked my email from Vodahost and I am entering the right information.

Am I missing something?

Please include

1) Your username
2) Your Password
3) The IP address you are trying to login to.
4) The directory you are trying to login to....Is it public_html ????
