Publishing help required

I have just changed internet service providers and after doing so I found that I needed to republish my site. All the pages except one (accomodation) have published okay. I haven't changed anything so I can't see what's going wrong. Also, my contact form no longer works, even though this has not been altered either.
My site is at www.cyprussunshine.co.uk.
Can anyone help please?

You named the accomodation page worng, you used a capital A, rename it with a small a and republish it and it will be ok. Click the below to see your mistake....
