Internet Exception code 12031
I was getting this error code and here is how I fixed it. I found that after trying to upload a video it kept looking for a video file that had been deleted. It would time out because the vidoe was not there. Once you delete the video file from your page you may have to do this to get rid of it completly. I spent 5 days pulling my hair before I stumbled upon this fix. Good Luck!
Do this to get rid of video files that you are trying to delete:
Go to My computer
C:
Documents and Settings
My user name
Local Settings
Temp Folder
name of file you are trying to delete
Right Click that file and delete it
Go to your Recycle Bin and Delete the files there
Presto, It works!
